1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sellermitra web platform and our Chrome Extension tools, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide tools to help Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Shopify sellers succeed. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, please refrain from using our services.

2. Our Services

Sellermitra provides an ecosystem of tools designed for e-commerce sellers. This includes:

  • Single & Bulk Listing Generation: AI-powered tools to generate rich product titles, descriptions, and keywords from images and basic inputs.
  • Image Tools: Capabilities to process and optimize product images for marketplaces.

Important Note on AI Content:

While our AI technology is highly advanced, it acts as an assistant and not a replacement for human judgment. You take full responsibility for reviewing all generated content, ensuring its accuracy, and confirming it complies with marketplace policies before making it live and publishing.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform ethically. Prohibited actions include:

  • •Generating listings for illegal, harmful, or explicitly prohibited items.
  • •Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models, secure APIs, or Chrome Extension.
  • •Sharing a single account's login or credits across unauthorized multiple users.
  • •Using unauthorized bots or scrape scripts against our backend infrastructure.

4. Credits, Billing & Refunds

Sellermitra operates on a credit and subscription model, securely processed via Razorpay.

  • Credit Usage: Platform credits are deducted upon the successful generation of a listing or utilization of paid tools. Free credits may be offered promotionally but have zero monetary value.
  • Refunds: If our AI interface or bulk generation logic fails to return a result due to a system error, your credits are automatically refunded. Monetary refunds are issued only on a case-by-case basis as per our review.
  • Plan Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our platform and automation tools are provided "as is". Under no circumstances will Sellermitra be held liable for marketplace account suspensions, delisted products, loss of sales, or any indirect damages resulting from your use of content generated by our service or actions mapped by our Chrome Extension. It is entirely your responsibility to double-check output before submission.
