Sellermitra provides AI-powered tools to generate e-commerce product listings for major platforms including Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and Shopify.

While our AI is highly advanced, it is an assistant, not a replacement for your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy and compliance with marketplace policies (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and Shopify, etc.) before publishing.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes:

  • •Generating listings for illegal or prohibited items.
  • •Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models or API.
  • •Sharing your account credentials with multiple users.
  • •Using automated bots to scrape our platform.

4. Credits & Payments

Services are provided on a credit-based or subscription model.

  • Credits are deducted when you successfully generate a listing.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If our system fails to deliver a result, we will refund the credit to your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sellermitra is provided "as is". We are not liable for any account suspensions, loss of sales, or other damages resulting from your use of the generated content on third-party platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra or Shopify. It is your responsibility to adhere to the terms of service of the marketplaces you sell on.
