1. Your Right to Deletion
You can ask us to delete your Sellermitra account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains what data we hold, how to submit a deletion request, and how long it takes.
2. What Data We Hold
- Account DetailsYour name and email (including data from Google sign-in).
- Generated ContentListings and product images you created, and the inputs used to generate them.
- Uploaded MediaProduct photos and catalog files you uploaded for processing.
- Transaction LogsPayment status records from Razorpay (no full card details are stored).
3. How to Request Deletion
Email us from your registered address.
Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete My Account". Sending it from your registered email helps us verify the request and protect your account.

Once a deletion request is verified, your personal data and generated content are permanently removed within 30 days. Some records — such as invoices and transaction logs — may be retained beyond this period only where required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations), after which they are also deleted.
